The games room was a fun addition for the kids, and there’s plenty of space to relax. The check-in process was disorganized, and our room wasn't ready on time. They also had issues with housekeeping.

The game room is fun, and the pool area is impressive. The air conditioning in our room was not working well. Staff was generally polite but could improve. Enjoyed the spacious room and the kitchen was useful. Still, the pools closed too early for our liking.

Great location on the south end of the Strip. The surrounding area offers ample eateries, banks, and grocery stores with lighter traffic. The property is well-maintained; the staff is exceptionally friendly, and housekeeping keeps rooms clean. beware of aggressive time-share solicitations. The $300 deposit is excessive for a short stay. The central AC in the bedrooms is insufficient on hot days. Minor furniture updates are needed, and the sofa bed was uncomfortable and unclean. The pool hours are lacking, often limiting access. Despite these issues, the spacious rooms, stunning views, and family-oriented atmosphere make it a decent choice. Just know what to expect.

Loud noises and slamming doors made sleep elusive, creating a chaotic atmosphere. The rooms showed their age, with outdated decor and maintenance issues, yet the pools were a highlight—clean and fun for the kids with attentive lifeguards. I appreciated the friendly staff and the updated kitchen appliances, despite persistent maintenance calls. Some minor mishaps, like a clogged sink and quirky AC, added to the experience. The early checkout was frustrating. The property has potential, making me consider returning, but I hope for fewer interruptions and a more relaxing ambiance next time.

I loved having two bedrooms and two bathrooms – perfect for family time! The full kitchen was a lifesaver for easy breakfasts, and the pool area was so inviting! Grilling outside while enjoying the garden scenery was just the cherry on top.

The accessibility to various attractions was a highlight of my stay, with incredible spots like the famous Mermaid's show just about a 10-minute walk away and Hidden Palms Park a bit over 2 km away for leisurely strolls and enjoying nature; plus, the spacious room features including a kitchenette and large dining area made it feel like a home away from home, and the friendly staff were exceedingly helpful throughout our visit. While the pool area could use a little more maintenance, the gym was enjoyable and the grassy areas around were a refreshing touch.

The Cancún Resort offered a cozy atmosphere with soothing background music. The family-friendly vibe and array of activities like the Midway Arcade and live entertainment made our vacation truly special.
My wife says that improving the pool area for kids would be great.

The room was quite spacious, ideal for families. The beds were extremely comfortable, promoting a good night's sleep. The temperature control worked well, keeping the space cozy. The bathrooms were roomy, with huge tubs that the kids loved. Unfortunately, the decor felt bland, with some outdated furniture. The kitchen was equipped, but the utensils could use an upgrade. Noise levels were manageable, though we did experience an unfortunate incident with a fallen portrait that required cleanup. Housekeeping was infrequent; if you want daily service, expect an additional charge.

From the Midway Arcade at Circus Circus to the exciting live entertainment with explosive effects, it was a non, stop adventure. The Cancun Resort Las Vegas was like a desert paradise, perfect for our young party, loving crew!

Starting with the positives, the ironing facilities in the room came in handy to keep our outfits looking sharp throughout our stay. The air conditioning worked well to keep us cool and comfortable, especially during the hot Vegas weather. We also appreciated the tea and coffee facilities, which allowed us to enjoy a cozy beverage in the mornings. On the downside, the lack of proper heating in the pool area was a letdown, making it less inviting for a relaxing swim. the outdated room could benefit from some updates to enhance the overall comfort and ambiance. While the free toiletries provided were a nice touch, I did notice that the room needed some upkeep in terms of cleanliness. Finding someone else's belongings under the bed was quite unsettling and made me question the thoroughness of the housekeeping. the availability of a grocery shopping service was convenient for stocking up on essentials without having to leave the hotel premises. the limited indoor parking was a bit of a hassle, especially during peak times.

Loved the spacious two-bedroom suite with a full kitchen and huge bathrooms. The property had a nice Mayan motif and helpful staff. Convenient location with a grocery store across the street and plenty of parking. Enjoyed the quiet atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the strip.
Cleanliness fell short with hair in the bathtub and under the bed. Some facilities were not properly maintained, like the defective stove and empty amenities.

hilton was just perfect for our family. the pool areas, slides, and bbq were a hit with the kids. the rooms were spacious and comfy, making it feel like a home away from home. the kitchen, although small, was well-equipped. the location, just 3 1/2 miles from the Strip, was great for visiting. staff were friendly and accommodating, and we felt safe and relaxed, almost like being at a Caribbean resort.

Had a big, beautiful room with a view of the pool and mountains. Location close to the strip but not directly on it. Check-in was fast and staff were friendly.
Pool hours were disappointing, closing early and opening late. Main pool was closed during the entire stay, impacting the overall experience.

the hilton was super clean and spacious. the location was convenient - right off the highway without the chaos of the strip. we got a late checkout with a smile. breakfast was tasty and affordable with free refills all day.

The poolside restaurant provided a diverse menu full of colors and tastes, making my palate happy. Siegfried & Roy's Secret Garden was an exciting experience, and Michael Jackson ONE was electrifying! Cancùn Resort welcomed me to a tranquil retreat within reach of all the Strip's entertainment.
Loved leaving the bathroom door open for AC in my clogged, broken light-filled room. The bartender's special Pina Colada had me feeling sick.

Clean, well-equipped suite with large, quiet rooms and fabulous views. Amazing bathtub and fun pool with waterslides. Friendly, helpful staff and plenty of space to relax. Close to great dining and exploration options.

My room was spacious and the kitchen had everything I needed, even a microwave and utensils. The pool was fantastic, and the slides were a lot of fun. Finally, I really enjoyed the location which had plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

Despite some minor inconveniences, my stay at a Las Vegas resort was an overall enjoyable experience. The friendly staff and beautiful resort ambiance made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The spacious and clean room provided a comfortable retreat, while the fully equipped kitchen was a convenient bonus. The highlight of my stay was the amazing pool and hot tub area, perfect for unwinding and having fun.
There were a few drawbacks that prevented my stay from being perfect. The resort itself felt a bit outdated, and it would have been nice to have a k-cup coffee machine in the room.
